NEWSPAPER RECYCLING

The NCVOA has negotiated a successful con tract with Omni Recycling of Babylon, NY for the recycling of newspapers, cardboard, tin and glass etc. Village's signing a contract with Omni will still take their recyclable material to Westbury Paper Stock however now those villages will receive $25.00 per ton for their material There will be a return of $2.00 to the NCVOA for legal and operating costs from the contractual villages.
